Acceptance is deemed completed by invoice/order payment or other action confirming agreement with these terms.
The Provider grants access to service features: audio/video transcription, additional text-processing features, access via Telegram bot and/or web interface.
The exact service scope, limits, and pricing are defined by selected plan/package.
Service pricing is specified on the website/in service UI and/or in invoice documents.
Payment is made in cashless form via available payment methods including Robokassa.
Payment obligation is fulfilled upon successful payment confirmation in Provider billing systems.
Services are delivered remotely via software interfaces.
The Provider may perform maintenance works that may affect availability and will publish notices when possible.
Refund and claim processing follow applicable law and rules published on the Provider website.
To submit a claim, customer sends support request with payment details and issue description.
The parties are liable within the limits set by applicable law and this offer.
The Provider is not liable for failures caused by third-party infrastructure if reasonable recovery measures were taken.
The Provider may update this offer. Current version is published on the website.
These relations are governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
